This is a wide-ranging article and has some interesting points. I've cherry-picked the above point because traditionally nutritionalists etc. have not looked at individual foods in isolation. The saying was always that you can pretty much eat anything so long as the rest of your diet is okay. The article views such foods as individual problems adding up to a bigger problem.
Many of the foods mentioned are highly profitable and are sold by mega-corporations using extensive advertising.

Food quality is the minimum in life , one should think abt. If anyone have to start things now, at this age. These people just have not lived the minimum.
