If one look at all the cases in Japanese News to-day, it will take 100 Years for Japan to understand democracy , sad but true. Japan have to come out of the island mentality to even take the first baby step to democracy. Japan have to start to live a real stage before too late.

Well hopefully with the influx of foreign workers to help uphold the social infrastructure of the nation, things will become more democratized... More equal... More transparent.
