New Zealand doesnt need to follow other Countries where the police waste so much time trivialities they dont have time to chase real crooks - the NZ shooter wasnt on anyone's radar remember that, regardless if NZ had a so called "hate crimes" register.

Of course he wasn't on anyone's radar, apparently the radar was turned off. Pretty shoddy work on New Zealand's part. It's nice that you consider potentially discovering a mass shooter a 'triviality'.
