So basically Trump is running a tight ship, taking his duty seriously and expecting professionalism from his staff while Obama ran a potato chip party at a college dorm.

Meh.

Two different photos, two different situations.

To read anything into the photos is literally seeing what you want to see. The Obama photo looks spontaneous and natural, the Trump photo looks more staged, but who knows?!

Either way, the military professionals on the ground carried out the dangerous mission of taking a really bad dude out. That is far more important than the pictures of the "management" types back in Washington.

Immoral, incompetent, unintelligent, and corrupt.......what a legacy Donald is leaving us.

-1 ( +4 / -5 )

Agree with "zones", but Trump's picture definitely looks fake ..... eh, I wanted to say staged, ya know, like another photo op for the "oh so great Donnie".

Besides all that, he of course had to make a (stupid) comment again: "This," he said, is "the biggest there is."

What is he talking about? But the article explains it, the usual and as-always-stuff .... comparing!

And once again he is oh-so-wrong, I guess!

In the Trump picture everyone is looking at the camera, in the Obama one everyone is looking at the monitor.

Doesn't take too much brains to figure out which is real and which is staged!!!

Except for Trumplets , that is .....

two different times, two different situations, two different individuals . . .

The other picture is not in the article, so impossible to make a comparison. Anyway, I do not read too much into a single picture. The whole point of this fake news article seems just to feed the echo chamber.... orange man baaad, over and over again, without ever specifying why.

The other photo is at the bottom of the story.

The other picture is not in the article,

Uh, actually it is. Look for the two thumbnail photos in the upper left corner of the picture at the bottom of the article and then click on them. Magic!

The photo shows the six men, all in dark suits or military uniform, posing for the camera

It isn’t rocket science.

Invalid CSRF

One person conspicuously missing from that photo is Secretary of State Mike Pompeo.

Yes, to most liberals and the hard right Neocons, but not to the average American.

Well, it's guaranteed the the total IQ in the Trump photo is about 1/20th of the total IQ in the Obama photo...

And four of those folks around the Trump table are thinking; "I wish Mattis was sitting at the head instead of this Idiot"

And still his legacy was washed away.

And four of those folks around the Trump table are thinking; "I wish Mattis was sitting at the head instead of this Idiot"

But Trump is the President, so I must follow his orders.

Trump's? He never had a legacy to wash away - he did try with the payoff to Stormy though...but that just resulted in "Individual-1"...

And four of those folks around the Trump table are thinking; "I wish Mattis was sitting at the head instead of this Idiot"

But Trump is the President, so I must follow his orders.

I agree with you - they're thinking I wish Mattis was here instead of this idiot but I have to follow his orders, like cutting and running in Syria...

@bass4funk

"But Trump is the President, so I must follow his orders."

How'd that work out at Nuremberg?

And Life wouldn't be complete unless we quote Mom: "If your friends jumped off a cliff...?"

different time, different air, different reasons of circumstances, different players, different ideologies, different nations, ok back to 2019.....

And Life wouldn't be complete unless we quote Mom: "If your friends jumped off a cliff...?"

Uh-huh....anyway, they do what the President tells them to do and if they don’t, they can resign and the President can find someone else that will execute orders and this goes for all Presidents.

Ah, saw the other photo now. Yes, Obama looks pretty pathetic there. But I do not put too much weight into a photo. A different photographer could have arranged the scene differently.

Fact is, in both cases, the killing of the jihadist leader is overstated. Assassinating the head will not kill the ideology that we are up against. Both Obama and Trump seem unaware of that.
