Given how some people continue to refuse to believe that COVID is real and can be deadly to some, I'm really not surprised at the reaction to their fate. There comes a point where you don't care about these people anymore because they just won't listen even when presented with the facts.

There's so many people in America with their conspiracy theories. Need I mention the Traitor Trump Chump? And I heard from a friend Down Under that some retired Aussie sports hero is slinging the lies and getting dittoheads to cause a ruckus. So who's spreading the manure in Japan?

The events were to be expected, they claim others are not caring about their unfortunate circumstance. But I don't see how this man's actions of posting about his refusal to wear a mask can be considered a caring one or would have been posted in a caring way. Was his public refusal to virtue signal even if only that in response to the misfortunes of others a caring act?

Absolutely. You don't want to wear a mask, and then get the virus its your own dumb fault. I for one laughed when the Brazilian Pres got the virus. He deserved it.

n the spring, Rick Rose drew the wrath of strangers after he practically shouted on Facebook that he wasn’t buying a face mask. Two months later, he contracted COVID-19 — and, he posted, he was struggling to breathe. Days later, on July 4, he was dead.

That post, among the Ohio man's final public words on Facebook, attracted attention in the form of more than 3,100 “haha” laughing face emoji and a torrent of criticism from strangers.

He deserved it. 0 sympathy here. We all have to do our job to curb the spread of this disease. I, for one, will not mourn someone who is selfish and stupid enough to refuse to wear a mask.
