What a well researched and well written article.The figures quoted are disturbing to say the least. I would like to think that an Independent Judicial Enquiry will be held, and this cosiness between the nuclear sector and the government is brought out into the open for all to see. On a lighter note I find the figure 99 in this sentence farcical "Those discussions had been delegated to several of the 99 committees at NISA that scrutinize nuclear plant safety."this could only happen in Japan.
