Hmm ... clever semantics.
I guess 'trade sanctions' against Venezuela, Cuba, Iran ... hell, any country refusing to trade in petrol-dollars ... don't count as 'disputes'. They are unilateral tactics of war. The implied threat of military intervention is more than enough to wreck devastating damage on civilian populations — suffering that is largely hidden by the Western press, and it would seem, Japan's.

The current occupant of the White House, confirms on a daily basis, how unfit he his to be President of the United States of America (POTUS) ... the longer he’s in power, the longer it will take to repair the damage he has done to the country and the world as a whole.
