That means forcing them to react. Just like WW2 and Japan and the now openly known fake gold of tonkin.

For one, it means not allowing NK vessels to deliver coal and other minerals to China, or elsewhere for that matter, against UN sanctions.

NK operates a number of vessels through shadowy HK businesses.

They turn off transponders in order to evade sanctions and then end up in Chinese ports....

China should stop being part of the problem.
