I dunno! Some dishonesty is worse that others. Pretending to be disabled is pretty low. It even comes below pretending to pray or setting up a bogus charity.

Unfortunately there's no perfect way to do it. I would imagine that there's less "glory" and marketing associated with winning a Paralympic medal than Olympic medal so perhaps it's more of a personal journey than the prize at the end of the tunnel. But it is probably presumption on my part.

None the less it's a competition and some may disagree with the limitation of certain injuries so they act upon their perception.
