Genocide survivors can offer a way to heal from the trauma of the pandemic

I’m having some difficulty equating the horrendous sufferings of genocide survivors with those of people who’ve undergone the Covid pandemic, horrible though that’s been. In some pandemic-hit communities in some of the most affected countries there may be some validity in making the comparison, but for most of us? I respect the Professor’s experience, and I’m not downplaying Covid, but I think he’s drawing a long bow on this one,
