Why it's important to think about social media use as a form of dissociation, rather than addiction

The CoVid is taking a toll on everyone on planet Earth. If more people would follow what doctors are recommending and getting vaxxed as their research progresses and quit listening to these uncouth lying scumbags in the media like SmartAleck Jones, this wouldn't be such a problem for all of us. Even the 'Gross Radio' 6th-grade-level pottymouth 'shock jock' Howard Stern knows better.

Or users could just get a life. Funny there's no comment in that direction, in this little diatribe.
