Unlikely, for the same reasons why Roe v. Wade stuck. I don't think they will lift state bans on abortion though until women start dying from D.I.Y. methods and doctors can't make medical decisions on whether the woman asking for one is at risk or not.

Such a barbaric act that modern society allows to happen. I get the rape and incest arguments, but if you really don't want kids, why are you screwing someone without protection?

Contreceptives are never 100%.

Introducing the Alabama sharia law banning all abortions including the rape of a five year girl is what is barbaric.

Roe vs. Wade will be overturned. The extremists have already won this battle - in return for supporting an adulterous liar, he stacked the supreme court for them with justices who will overturn the decision from Roe vs. Wade. This is why we see states creating these new laws - they fully expect them to go to the Supreme court, and they already know that the current lineup of justices will judge them to be valid.

Any female voters who voted for Trump need to be clear that this is a direct result of their vote. If they are pro-life, they can feel good about that, but any pro-choice women who voted for Trump sold out their sisters in doing so. They should be ashamed of themselves. And they should start donating to orphanages.

Does the Alabama abortion law also ban the morning after abortion pill and some forms of contraceptives?

It'd would be good for America if the Supreme Court overturned the ruling which was struck back in hippy free love era of the 1970's, there have been over 50 million babies aborted by American women since then that's more than all the soldiers killed in all of America's wars since the War of Independence. The American population is in decline and has to be supported by immigration, America (and the West for that matter) would be in far better shape population wise if abortions stopped and the population increased naturally. In the West there countless forms of contraceptives available that would in the vast majority of cases stop any unwanted pregnancies.

According to the Alabama sharia abortion law, a young girl from the age from five, is raped and made pregnant but the rapist was also HIV positive and passed on the disease to the mother and baby. So now according to law she must birth her HIV positive child and find the income to buy the expensive AIDS drugs for their survivals.

People can and do get pregnant even when using protection.

But as to having unprotected sex, which is the cause of the majority of pregnancies, you personally may disapprove when others do it, but that doesn't make it your business to know the reasons, to judge the validity of those reasons, or to close off the options for someone who becomes pregnant after having sex.

Abortion is an important right in a modern society.

Baloney wipeout. No one is arguing against people having sex. What people are arguing against is snuffing the life out of a tiny human being. Man up and woman up if you get pregnant or get someone pregnant. Also, killing a child is NOT a right. People who support abortion are mentally defective. And let's not mention the double standards that apply to women who choose to kill their babies. The father has no final say the kid lives or dies, but if momma wants to do the right thing and carry the child, guess who's on the hook for 18 years of child support.

@zichi,

How many 5 year old girls get raped and impregnated? Pretty sure 5 year olds can't ovulate.

Try reading some,

The early onset of menstration is called "precocious puberty." Lina Medina, a Peruvian girl born in 1933, began menstruating at the age of eight months, was tragically raped as a 5-year-old and gave birth at six years, five months. She is the youngestconfirmed mother in medical history. Medina is still alive today.

So how a young girl is not only raped by becomes HIV positive including her child. Opinions?

What people are arguing against is snuffing the life out of a tiny human being.

Zygotes and fetuses are not human beings.

killing a child is NOT a right.

Zygotes and fetuses are not children.

People who support abortion are mentally defective.

It's "pro-choice" not "pro-abortion". Pretty much all of us would prefer if another abortion never happened. Some of us are reasonable in understanding that sometimes an abortion is better than not, so we promote the freedom of women to choose for themselves, rather than religious christian sharia law which is faith based rather than logic based.

Well there you're wrong. If that was true, the US wouldn't have large, well-organized abstinence groups; nor would such groups have ever been given federal and state funding; nor would school boards acquiesce in their interference in sex education.

People who support abortion are mentally defective.

That's a new one.

Also, killing a child is NOT a right.

No, but abortion is. You might have to look up legal and medical definitions of "child". Me, I don't need to, and if I did, I wouldn't be consulting people who argue that the morning after pill is an abortion pill, or that a fertilized egg is a tiny human being.

Man up and woman up if you get pregnant or get someone pregnant.

Well no. Legal abortion means that I don't have to. That places the choice, generally speaking (assuming consenting adults and all that), between the two sex partners, with the female, for obvious reasons, having the greater say. Does this make it sufficiently clear that if I get someone pregnant, neither you nor any other person is in a position to require me to "man up"? See my previous comment, under "none of your business to know the reasons why someone opts for abortion".
