2nd Four Seasons Hotel in Tokyo starts accepting reservations

The Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Otemachi has started accepting reservations for arrivals beginning July 1, 2020.

The property is the second Four Seasons hotel in the Japanese capital, after the well established Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Marunouchi.

The Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Otemachi is housed within the top six floors of a new, 39-story tower by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill.

The 190-room hotel will feature four F&B concepts, three of which were created by SPIN Design Studio, more than 1,300 square meters of event space, a top-floor spa sanctuary and a 25-meter swimming pool.

“I am particularly excited to introduce our guests to our high concept restaurants and lounges,” said General Manager Andrew De Brito. “As each space takes shape, we can already imagine them filled with an eclectic mix of locals and international visitors, with the city spread out beneath us.”

Otemachi Station, one of the city’s largest subway hubs in the city, can be accessed directly from the hotel, allowing guests to get around the city easily.

Does anyone know what happened to the Four Seasons at Chinzanso? Did they lose the management contract? I know there’s still a Chinzanso Hotel there but it’s not a Four Seasons.
