Always assumed the Mt Rushmore monument was 19th century... amazing what you can learn from Japan Today! :P

Teddy Roosevelt, one of the Mt. Rushmore faces, was president from 1901-1909. That tells us it couldn't be a 19th century venture. It was finished in 1941. How, then, can we explain HRC's profile?
