Yes...Isolate all the potential "victims" and "predators". Next step is embrace Islam and cover up woman and all those who needs to be "protected" from everyday interactions.

I'm having a difficult time figuring out how people could be assaulted on a plane. All you have to do is yell "chikan" and you'd have a plane full of people ready to help. Somebody help me out here, I honestly don't get it. The perp can't even run. End of story.

Someone puts their hand up your skirt, or down your blouse. You want to scream, or tell him where to go. But you freeze, the terror and shock paralyse you. And you feel helpless, even stupid.

And it happens, in every country, every day.
