A table that summarizes the requirements really would be helpful.

I think we are still a long way from this type of approach being introduced across Asia. Most governments are too cautious to allow relaxation of restrictions for fear of infection spikes.

This article fails to note only UK citizens and residents, not “people”, can enter the UK from a red list country.

@theFu, I'm with you. I'm tired of having to search all over the 'net for info. Even IATA's offering is pathetic. As a (now former and vexed about it) frequent international traveller, I'm getting frustrated. Where I live, I used to see the contrails of a dozen or more jets every day. Then, there were none. Now, there are maybe two or three a day. And my wings are still feeling clipped, and my feet are hellishly itchy.

And to make matters worse, in today's mail I got a card from a young couple in Yokohama, inside which their five year-old daughter (who I haven't seen and played with since she was two years old) drew a picture that included her and me, and a cherry tree. It won't leave my desk until I can fly back to Japan.
