Cruise at your own risk and prepare for quarantines. These ships can never be thoroughly cleaned and have always been petri dishes for any number of microorganisms and the spread of rapid cross contamination.

Kind of takes the fun out of a pleasure cruise doesn't it.
Cruise ships wreak havoc on ecosystems and communities with their dumping waste and communicable diseases and fossil fuel exhaust.
