Still on track to go to Greece next month.

Would he complain the same way about his mother being "forced" to cover her head if visiting the Middle East?
How about being "forced" to remove his shoes if visiting a Japanese Temple?
Or back at home in Miami, does he create an uproar for being "forced" to wear clothes in public?
Such violations of freedom...

Neither does wearing a mask, which is the "freedom violation" this tourist was complaining about.

I can only see positive developments for fully vaccinated travelers - they can travel more or less freely!
These "terrible violations of freedom, being forced to wear a mask" are a small price to pay.
I live in Japan, am vaccinated and intend to get the vaccination passport but I am totally mystified by the
Japanese version ! Why didn't the government use the WHO standard yellow booklet (International Certificate of Vaccination) ? It's recognized all over the world and doesn't require lengthy negotiations with individual countries like the sheet of paper issued here.

And still stock markets are booming and the talking heads telling us all is great. This restricted life will likely be around for the forseeable future.

Went to Greece and Cyprus all of last month. Great to travel again, but it's miserably hot there.
