I've been living in the Niseko area for the better part of the last 4 years, and I got to thinking the other day.... What is this area missing? And then it came to me: it desperately needed another ultra luxury massive hotel development. Ideally it would be nice to have one right at the bottom of the ski resort. Perhaps in the underdeveloped Hirafu area.
