2,300 flights cancelled worldwide as Omicron hits holiday travel

Christ Almighty, the chaos this has brought to the world - never ending now it seems.

Apparently flights are disrupted in Australia as well. Friends' son was supposed to fly from Sydney to Melbourne and his flight was cancelled so can't get home.

Most of the Western world has gone insane again.

Thankfully Japan is holding its nerve.

So mostly the domestic flights, International flights still flying all over the world with infected passengers.

I'm sure that some airlines are taking advantage of the present situation to cancel almost empty loss making flights.

Omicron infections are creating staff shortages in all industries.
