Drama, incivility and physical altercations reign supreme on flights within US, and well as in, general US society.

Air Canada or Japanese airline only for me. ANA and JAL are pretty good.

If you look at stats and check out the obesity rate and increases and max that out to see the stats on the complaints that are sent to airlines, they match perfectly well. Kind of ironic and sad. So, as people increase in girth, but seats shrink, there are more complaints.

I try never to fly US-flagged airlines. ANA all the way!!

The passengers are often the biggest problem. Please have a little etiquette card in each seat pocket, rather than all that advertising.

I don't think it's when the planes are coming that causing the rise in complaints (but it does play a role), but how the passengers are getting to their destination.
