People can visit for lots of silly reasons. The important thing is the war crimes are not being forgotten.

I was there some years ago and guess what-I did not feel there dangerous at all.

China adn Russia have normal border crossing you can pass easy as long as have correct documents,by oat,train or bus.NO ISSUES.

In case of DPRK there is possible go from China to DPRK by train or plane,from Russia by plane.Again get visa and docs ready and you are good to go.

AGAIN no isues whatsoever.
