Doctors misdiagnose all of the time and imagine how bad they will be when they can't even do a proper exam of you?

Used it once for a medicine prescription. No problems.

Wallace, did you have prev. prescrips. I would not use it. Not valid currently. Docs do not misdiagnose! If you attend, explain answer questions, THEN listen! I am still trying to clear a horrible baccie out of one lung (infection gone) got a magnicient Doc lady, Q1.LA1.LQ2.L Sure lots of testing but we got trust in each other.

telemed. nah. I have no zoom, Wapps etc with family members. humans are designed to talk and listen (well common ones are). Eventually yr doc will be the most important lady/guy in your life (ooops the mons. just gone down)

not sure I understand your comment. I did my telemedicine with a doctor who knows my health history very well.

If you are resident in Japan just visit your doctor if you can.

Yes I think if you need repeat prescriptions, telemedicine can be an alternative, if the practice offers the service.

I just think telemedicine must not become the status quo.

I tried it once, and swore "never again." Two grueling hours on the phone repeating the same information over and over and over again (painful, bloody hemorrhoids and loose stool). When all was said and done, I was advised to go to the nearest drugstore for suppositories. Wow, really?

I used it with my doctor of 25 years when I had covid and had no problems. It keep sick contagious people out of contact with others.

Not tried. I am a sensible, intelligent human being and I like to be treated like one.

I think this should be forbidden by law.

a lot of drugs on prescription are on prescription to drive the doctors business. Some general questions, check blood pressure, that’s 60 Euro. Here you go, your prescription.

Obviously a number of prescribed drugs should be on doctors authorisation only.

But the medical business must roll on.

80 % of what pharmacy’s offer are candies for grown ups. These products do nothing to improve your health but seem to make insecure people feel better about themselves. Look around when you next visit your pharmacy.

Tele everything is just a poor second rate version. Telemedicine, tele evangelist, telecommunications and Telly Savalas!
