Are you a Netflix user? If so, how would you like to see it improved?

I hate how all the blurb is in English but then there are no english subtitles available. Also sometimes the trailers have subtitles but the actual show doesn't.

Not expecting them to subtitle everything but would be nice to see more. Especially as there are anime subtitles available in other countries but not Japan.

4K version costs too much.

A simple fix- make a way to turn off the splash ads that automatically play right after the move/tv shows ends. Sometimes, yes, we do actually want to watch the credits.

English subtitles for the Japanese content. Should be obvious.

I cancelled after free trial.

Not enough Asian movies including classic and recent.

It's for cheesy American and British show lovers, just for main characters.

But in Asian movies esp. Korean and Japanese, even minor characters act good and have something to do with the story.

Some live news channels would be nice.

@Robert: I echo your comments about subtitling. I switch between U.S and Japanese Netflix at home and am surprised what I can find subtitled in English on the US version that obviously SHOULD be subtitled on the Japanese Site. Also, on U.S. Netflix subtitling is available for an awful lot of programming in multiple languages ...yes, you've guessed it, in Japanese too, negating the need for me to switch to Japanese Netflix recently.

I don't think the 4K price is outrageous at all considering how much content is available.
