No, but it would have been refreshing to hear the actual hardships expected in both "rich" (includes highly indebted), and poor countries. To meet the graph shown in another article there will have to be massive disruption, as in "cut your daily power consumption by 50+%" level disruption. I don't see individuals and business in the American South stopping using AC, nor the North East not heating homes and buildings.

Discussing hard realties that people will have to face would go a long way for credibility on these. If you can't get support with reality, then we have our answer.

Yes. But governments must implement the plans in a correct way as most of the populations do not understand the severity of the problem. If things that cause the green house gases emissions are not made available, the populations won't be contributing to the problem.

Moreover, equal stress must be given to use up the CO2 in the air like plants do. Its a cycle. Merely reducing The CO2 emissions is only half attending the problem. The other half is use-up the greenhouse gases in the atmosphere.
