We can't. That's a fact. However... we can take stock of what we have done, the mistakes we have made, and focus on doing what we can to make life better.

Stop pissing away your money, and put a specific amount into savings every pay cheque.

Exercise more and study harder. Heartbreak happens and don't dwell on things. Don't stress about anything that hasn't happened or that has happened. If it hasn't it may never and if it has then learn. Be happy.
