What's your favorite beach in Japan?

Let's see . . . during the many times I have been to Japan during my lifetime as a youth and recently . . . I enjoyed going to Okinawa beaches, Tokyo beaches - Wakayama, Shiki, and black sand beaches we're looking forward to more.

On the mainland, it has to be Shirahama in Izu. Eye candy galore, good sand and waves. Can even have tattoos and play music loudly while drinking alcohol. Can't be beat!

Hajijojima, Ogasawara etc., are in Tokyo.

Zamami island just off the main island of Okinawa.

Yamaguchi Prefecture has stretches of beautiful beach and they're usually completely deserted. Miyazaki is just as good!
