What do you think of the London Olympic logo?

I think it's horrible.

Terrible colour scheme, terrible design.

Looks like a child designed it. A child with, "problems".

It's an interesting Logo. Try reading it in alphabet from the top down, beginning with Z.

Is that what it is???

I wonder if anyone actually got paid for designing that?

It's very 'London' in a bad way. Trying to hard to be 'modern' when something more classical would have been nicer.

...something like the logo for the bidding process but more interesting/lively.

Rubbish. Mascots are rubbish too. Sadly the gradual descent to lowest common denominator leads to charmless, lack of imagination, childish rubbish like this.

It took me a good 30 seconds to realise it was supposed to be 2012... it just looks like random scribbling using microsoft word's "word art".

... looking at the Olympic logos for the last 90 years it's clearly the worst (http://www.webdesignerdepot.com/2009/03/39-olympic-logos-from-1924-to-2012/) my favorite is the Nagano 1998 logo, followed by Tokyo 1964 - both simple and elegant.

I vote that from now on all Olympic logos be designed by the Japanese, they seem to have the right idea.

The logo is bad. The mascots are bad. I'm not too keen on the official song by MUSE, I'm sure fans may like it, but I don't think it fits in with the Olympic spirit. I am also very worried about what the opening ceremony is going to be like, with all the "real live animals" and the idyllic scene of the English countryside. I am, however, excited to see some great athletes and great sport in the coming days. I wish they would televise the Paralympics as well though.
