What is your definition of happiness?

Good health, the ability to put good food on the table every day, good people to share it with.

A reason to get out of bed every morning, the ability to get a good night's sleep every night.

Knowing that the kids are happy and doing well, watching the grandkids grow straight physically, mentally and spiritually.

Having people and critters to whom my existence makes a difference.

Happiness for me = everyday a sunday,money to live your dreams, and live like a" tiger and not like a sheep".

Being able do the normal things in life with family, friends and partner.

Understanding and defining our needs in life is the main source of happiness.

Because needs vary from person to person around the globe.

Some need money, some need good health, some need hair, some need good family and the list never ends.

Having so much money that I never have to work again; meaning I can spend more time with loved ones and do all the things I want to.

Simple pleasures - coffee, fresh bread, a hot bath etc.

A stress free life is my idea of happiness... no worries, no cares...

Just waking up in the morning makes me happy. I would hate to pass away in my sleep and never get to say thank you and good bye to so many nice people.

Work hard, play hard. Enjoy doing whatever it is you like doing. Oh, & some money. Not being super rich, but enough to live within ur means.

Seeing the kids falling time and time again trying to ride a bicycle, but their persistence won in the end. They rode screaming "this is fun!!". That's when I know that they'll do fine in life, I can stop worrying so much.

A nice crap and a nice cup of coffee in the morning. And a nice hot bath and a nice cup of hot cocoa before bed.

The road to happiness is self-less giving of love, the kind of love that has concern and interest and some measure of charity for mankind. Happiness seems to depend almost entirely on the degree of self-lessness we acquire, the amount of service we render, and the inner peace of mind which we enjoy. It also hangs to some degree on those loved ones and friends on whose smiles and welfare our happiness so much depends on like our family.

Happiness is my Tokyo-prefectural-Judo- champion JHS grandson not afraid to tell his friends that I'm his ojichan when I met them on the street.
