Christmas will just be the same for us like every other year, we'll have some nice dinner on Christmas Eve, got some presents for my kids...It's time to appreciate family and having them, and with money we earned the whole year trying to get some new clothes and gifts for the children and enjoy some nice food together with the family and maybe doing karaoke or watch some movies together...
OH, same ol' day for me. Kid's grown up, ex-wife no longer in contact, family mostly dead or moved away. I'll read and write, doodle around a little bit, and hit the hay early. I'm a little boring. Or at least my life is.
I'll pull down all the decorations on Christmas Eve, go to work on Christmas Day and maybe eat some spongecake, while dwelling on the magic of Christmas in places it is celebrated.
Same as the previous year and years before that - quality time with family, eating good food and just being generally in a festive mood. I am thankful for that since I know more people around the world can't even afford to be happy or chose not to be happy considering the events happening today.
Working but hope to do a Xmas get together with my Brazilian friends, home cooked meals and drinks etc. might spend a little on myself for a present like a game or new headphones etc. if I’m really in the mood maybe something a bit more devious heheh
Quiet and restful. Video chat with the folks and picking out a New Year card for them. Maybe go see some illuminations if the weather is okay. Started cycling regularly this summer so will try to keep that up. Watch “The Snowman” again.
It'll be quiet and restorative with little muss or fuss thank goodness. Going to put on some Christmas movies and have a takeaway, and then turn in early.
Working for me. Our kids are older now, so most of the magic of Christmas has gone. I think I have a deadline for a job on the 25th!
I'll probably cook something, maybe a pork roast or roast beef sous vide. We are not fans of turkey.
Liverpool-Arsenal at 2:30am on Christmas Day Japan time, so I might stay up late and watch what I hope will be a much better game than this week. I might push the boat out and buy some craft beers that cost 400 yen or more, not my usual limit of 350 yen a can.
Cook most of the Christmas dinner, speak to relatives on the phone, message friends on Facebook, work in the afternoon, maybe clear some stuff out, exercise, Christmas tea, watch a couple of episodes of a Kdrama in the evening, more work before bed around 2am.
We are going to Sweden for Christmas, so it will be the first European christmas for the kids. So plenty of food, a real christmas tree and hopefully some snow as well.
I'm giving my wife and kids the Baltimore Experience here in Miyazaki, Japan. Smoked baby back ribs, sliced brisket, my uncle Bub's secret sauce made by me, grilled corn, greens cooked in fat back and onion, sweet potatoes mashed in honey and cinnamon, and to top it off my momma's pecan pie recipe and homemade cinnamon ice cream. Washed down with good ole purple drink mixed with simple syrup and not raw sugar.
@kyushubill Now that's what I am talking about Eat, Drink and be Merry enjoy!!!

Well, that's very sweet of you, Eastman. Thanks. You have a sentimental side. Cheers to our sentimental side! Long may it continue.
