Good old fashioned vegetables like we used to grow in our allotment back home I like the celery as it gives the innards a good old scrub! Oh missus'

No processed foods like weird curries, or anything that contains lots of salt as it is proven to be a killer despite what people think. What are they like. Lol?!

Steak and eggs, delicious and healthy. Liver is healthy too, but I have trouble with the taste.

I don't know much about it, but recently I've read a ranking list. I remember the first three and here we go. By far on the top and full of everything including ant-cancer power #1 (natural river grown) watercress, #2 China cabbage and #3 red beets leaves. The other maybe much more known ones then also follow up, but are surprisingly far behind in their values of 'superfood' ingredients.

Natto and tripe I don't eat.

-3 ( +1 / -4 )

Quinoa, Broccoli, Avocado, and small amounts of Beer.

2 ( +5 / -3 )

Spinach as well, but I prefer it cooked, which means you need a large amount to make a portion.

Shirako for the Win. Lovely warm.

-1 ( +2 / -3 )

Scam. No such thing as a ‘superfood’. Pseudoscience designed to make you buy more of something.

-1 ( +4 / -5 )

Food I eat, not processed unless fermentation, lots of veggies, some meat, nuts and beans.

There is only one "super food" that contains all three essential nutrients, chocolate, fat and sugar...

The chocolate doughnut!

Don't mention superfood around here.

The family bombard me with them. Kindly meant, I'm sure.

"Drink this matcha I'm whisking, NOW, while the froth is still frothy!".................. gotta drop what I'm doing.

Sushi, Shabu Shabu, Takoyaki, cold soba, gohan, and peas. For breakfast, natto with maguro and a quail egg with a miso soup.

Oh, and beer and saki. Very empowering.
