Good old fashioned vegetables like we used to grow in our allotment back home I like the celery as it gives the innards a good old scrub! Oh missus'
No processed foods like weird curries, or anything that contains lots of salt as it is proven to be a killer despite what people think. What are they like. Lol?!
Lancashire Crumbly, Eccles cakes, black pudding, yakiniku, chilled soba in summer, chicken tikka Mo Salah, beer and nachos - there are just too many to list!
I don't know much about it, but recently I've read a ranking list. I remember the first three and here we go. By far on the top and full of everything including ant-cancer power #1 (natural river grown) watercress, #2 China cabbage and #3 red beets leaves. The other maybe much more known ones then also follow up, but are surprisingly far behind in their values of 'superfood' ingredients.

Scam. No such thing as a ‘superfood’. Pseudoscience designed to make you buy more of something.

Food I eat, not processed unless fermentation, lots of veggies, some meat, nuts and beans.

There is only one "super food" that contains all three essential nutrients, chocolate, fat and sugar...
The chocolate doughnut!
nandakandamanda
Don't mention superfood around here.
The family bombard me with them. Kindly meant, I'm sure.
