Any non-American carrier.

I have no idea. Being a prole, I'm in economy whenever I get an iron bird.

I wish I knew! Had a handful of business class trips in my day. ANA is nice but I find their biz seats narrow and uncomfortable, also they only have a few toilets that seem to always be occupied. United was bad because I had one facing backwards which is extremely annoying. The best that I recall was Lufthansa from Germany where they brought beer in glass bottles, excellent food, and real pillows; not to mention that absolutely gorgeous attendants.

Yeah the United ones facing backwards is so stupid and uncomfortable, absolutely disgraceful that such a seat configuration exists.

It really depends on the plane as the newer ones have better seats, but ANA and JAL have both satisfied me with their offerings, not that I get much of a chance to fly them, once every few years once I accumulate enough miles.

Wish I could afford it haha

Hawaiian Air as long as you are not given the seats that have your bed and feet butt up against the galley. You get rattles to death. Food is a B rating. Service is great.

Years ago the company I worked for used to send all of us business class for flights over 5 hours. Now that’s reserved for manager class. All business class is great in my experience. I’d never pay out of my own pocket for it though.

ANA staff in business , super friendly and jokey.

Korean Air good!

Peel fresh fruit for you.

Singapore Airlines for their great food and service-lounges on the ground are excellent too!

Flown with a few others but was not impressed.

Beats any cattle class seat.

It's rare but I'm with Toasted on this one.

Never flown greater than cattle class.

Join the club, zichi.

I once did get to sit in a business seat when the Continental Airlines flight attendant let me sit there on an mostly empty flight. Still got cattle class meals, but oh man, what a nice seat that was!

Of course, you are free to prefer whichever you choose, as the question is which do you prefer . But, your decision is obviously not based on logic or reality.

US carriers do indeed have some of the most uncomfortable and unpleasant Economy Class experiences in the global aviation field. But, their Business Class offerings are pretty awesome with comfortable fold-flat seating, top-notch amenities, great food, and exemplary service, despite their absolutely dreadful Economy class experiences.

You guys need to join some Frequent Flyer programs, and apply for some airline-branded credit cards. You can accrue serious mileage just from paying bills and everyday expenses like utilities, groceries, gasoline, dining, etc. Then, you can use milles to either upgrade to BC or fly BC for free, depending on destination.

I never pay for business myself, and am extremely grateful anytime I get the good seats. I do accrue mileage through cards and FF, but I almost always use it for free flights, rather than upgrades. I did spend some on Premium Economy during a period where I was travelling a lot for family illness and totally exhausted.

Except for JAL, my business flights have been on different airlines, so I can't claim to know how they are consistently. To date, Air France has been my personal favorite, but even Continental and NorthWest were fantastic. JAL is usually amazing as well, but on a couple of shorter international flights, I thought it really wasn't worth the extra cost.

Only travelled once, with JAL. Got bumped up because my economy ticket was paid for in full by someone else and economy was full when I checked in. Can't remember much as it was so long ago, but I would never pay for it myself. Economy is already expensive nowadays.

Window Seat with No seat behind is best for me!

Virgin, for their lounges, especially at Heathrow.

And for having an actual bar in business class

Unless you spend a fortune, you're not going on business class through some card. At best, an upgrade on short haul, which is about as exciting as standard class on the train

They know which side of their bread is buttered
