Overalls/coveralls on women. They are about the least flattering an item of clothing a woman could wear.
And the purpose of overalls/coveralls is to be flattering?
As for me, I don't wish neckties would disappear forever, but I do wish the assumption by Japanese businesses that all professional men must always wear neckties and jackets would.

When they are worn in the field or wherever, no. But city people have been known to wear them, with nary an intention to get out in a field anywhere. From a fashion statement, it's horrendous.
The open-necked white shirt and baggy-kneed, high waist black pants combo salarymen are forced to wear in this country. Imagine having to dress up like that every day of your working life?
I wouldn't say I follow fashion trends at all or even know what half of the trends are called... but one thing I think looks ridiculous is ankle pants.
High heeled shoes. Ugly, ungainly, damaging to feet joints and back , painful and restrict movement. I can see future generations viewing high heels the same way we view those Victorian corsets.
In principal I believe people should wear what they like and feel comfortable in (within reasonable safety and decorum standards for work situations). But still for some reason I have an almost physical reaction to the cold shoulder top look that has been around a couple of years or so. Loathe them. Will never wear one myself. Have yet to see one that I thought enhanced, as opposed to detracted, from a woman’s appearance. Waiting for this trend to be over but it keeps lingering on like cheap perfume.
"The huge visors, masks, arm coverings, gloves and parasols that women use to hide away in summer. They look like they're in a cult."
A lot of them are in a cult, lol.
"Baseball caps"
Only if they're worn backwards, lol.

Har! But seriously, what's up with hardly any bare midriffs for the past several summers? So many females possess magnificent abdomens like the female here with Roger Moore:

( Too bad PTownsend, Northernlife and Strangerland will never watch this being as how it's a youtube link, lol )

Not always, it depends on who is wearing them, what they are made from and what she is wearing, if anything, underneath.

Indeed!
And the Japanese male trend of letting their wallets sticking out of their back pockets! Idiotic and begging for someone to steal it.

Yeah, I forgot about that! These people look as if they've just had chemo.

Although they don't look bad, I'd like to see suit coats disappear on warm/hot days.
RonriiUrufu
baggy trousers - especially if they expose half of their wearers' butts
