Superman and second Wonder Woman; both very cool super heroes and cool powers. Batman has to rank up there because he used mostly his wit and technologically advanced weapons. He had no super powers.
The story of a robot assassin who learns that when he terminates his original target he will explode. He just doesn't want to die so he takes on odd jobs to keep his original target (A plug-headed, mousetrap-handeded, hands for feet w/ mouths on the knees, squid wearin' monster) on life support. Created by Rob Schrab (Monster House, Sarah Silverman Program). My favorite comic book of all time. Check it out. Google it.
I personally would love to see Moon Knight on the silver screen. but I would prefer to see a production of his animated in a highly stylized monochramatic style as oppose to live actors, as I can't think of any actor that would protray him properly or can't think of any filming style that would do justice to the crime noir/conspiracy theory tones his adventures often take the tone of.
Spiderman in the cartoons of the 80s because he had a sense of humour. The spiderman of the movies or cartoons of today is just depressing.
My favourite of all time is however Darth Vader, although he can hardly be called a super hero.
1st place goes to Spiderman and second place to Freakazoid (he runs around in underwear). In third place I put No_Bob, he's a super dolphin (brettfish dot com if you care about super dolphins).
what comic hero still hasnt been milked by hollywood for $$$$$$ & why not?
Neil Gaiman's Sandman.... Not sure if you can count him as a superhero though. Not in the typical sense anyways. Bad ass nonetheless. Hope they don't make a movie about it.
From the US: Batman (like how he is not so super-duper as the other guys)
From the UK: Judge Dredd and Nemesis from 2000Ad.
From France/Belgium: Asterix & Obelix. Yoko Tsuno, and a few others.
Said that when we were kids we didn't read so much comics but more "Heftromane" like the weekly Perry Rhodan, etc.
Those were cheap and we often bought 3 or 4 per week spanning different genres.
Batman (not the TV series version) I always liked because he was dark, and not campy. Spiderman was always awesome too (again, the comic book version - not the terrible movie version)
Batman (the Adam West TV version). When I was growing up, I couldn't get enough of him. Even now, I still enjoy the old series on DVD. I loved his utility belt.

Spiderman's family will rule the cities.
His kids will make a mess and Spidey will have to clean it up.
The cities all over the world will be tangled in webs galore.
However, his kids will be sure all of the evil become entangled.
And the liberals will be stuck on how to be rid of this web-menace.

The Flash. Very fast.

Is this question for real? I gave up reading comic books when I became an adult. Oh! I forgot - this is Japan . . . .

Oh and of course... Orgazmo and his sidekick Chota Boy.

I have too favorites. One would be Asterix (and by default Oberlix). The other one would Jessica Rabbit (for her design qualities).

My favorite superhero is Incontinence Man, who has the power to cause others to lose bowel and bladder control.

My favorites are Spiderman, Batman, Chastity and Spawn. I like dark anti heroes, with human flaws.

Superman, because even with all that power, he still manages to keep his sense of humanity, humility, and right and wrong.
. . . And Wonder Woman, 'cause Linda Carter looked so hot in star-spangled shorts.

Also, not a hero I guess, but Tetsuo in 'Akira' was cool.
