I saw this on TV. Quite impressive, actually. Looked like a bunch of chimps.

Why not?? It is an official world record now! So these blokes can go off to their local pub or izakaya and BRAG about all they want! Congrats!!

Actually this was rather impressive to me on the news. The photo didn't show the other runners in the race. He blew them off the track.

I guess everything in Japan IS fast like the Shinkansen. In the rest of the world, fame lasts 15 minutes, not 15 seconds.

I hope somebody tries this Exorcist style

That's actually really fast.

The Guinness World Record Book of records never seizes to amaze. Some of the peculiar feats are mind-boggling.

Perhaps a job as a fireman or something

yes i like that , I know a lot of the movies these days are CG but maybe a part in one of the "ape" movies that require a morphing humanoid

As pointless as that may be, 15 seconds is actually pretty bloody quick. Perhaps a job as a fireman or something like that should be on the cards for this lad, or maybe a crossfit instructor.

Why?

wow another pointless record, Guiness Book is now filled with them. I guess he got a pat on the head for that

Congrats! Give him a biscuit!
