2 Chiba teachers fired for filming up girls' skirts, kissing students

The Chiba Prefectural Board of Education has announced the dismissal of a 35-year-old male teacher at Tobu Junior High School in Noda City for voyeuristically filming female high school students at a train station. Furthermore, another male teacher, 34, employed at a public high school in the prefecture has also been dismissed on disciplinary charges for allegedly kissing two female students at his school, Fuji TV reported.

According to the board, the junior high school teacher had secretly filmed up the skirts of female high school students at least 30 times, on stairways between November 2014 and February this year. The incidents took place at Noda City’s Nanakodai Station on the Tobu Urban Park Line. The teacher had said he would turn himself in at Noda Police Station in March, but law enforcement officials did not pursue criminal charges.

In the second case, the teacher went to an amusement park with three of his students last December where he allegedly kissed one of the girls. In addition, he is accused of kissing another female student at his home and performing indecent acts on a minor. However, no charges have been brought against him yet.

"Training for the future. Lessons learned for the school girls. Besides the kissing could very well have been the other way around too."

How is this training, exactly? Entertain us. I'd love to see how a mind like yours reasons something like that out. I think the term you mean is grooming. Apparently, that's just something girls in their mid teens should expect, isn't it? That is when they're not busy seducing innocent men in their 30s.

Ah, but these louts probably did very well on their rote memory teacher testing to get in.

The headline states both teachers did upskirt photography AND kissing.

It should be recast as: "Chiba school teacher fired for filming up girls' skirts, another for kissing students"

As for no charges, maybe because the board, not the police, investigated the incidents.

The first case - can't understand why charges were not brought up against him - not enough evidence perhaps?

The second guy - definitely unprofessional and deserving of firing, but if the girls liked the teacher enough that they clammed up to the police about the issue, there was probably more going on than is being reported. 17 year old girls falling in love with or having a crush on their 30-something teacher is nothing new and certainly isn't unique to Japan. The fact that the 3 of them went with him on a date to Disneyland speaks a lot about what was really going on there.

Watch the downvotes on this comment roll in..!

How or why should women be raised up to please men instead of pleasing themselves?

No charges? What is the point of a criminal code and at what point of sexual misconduct does a charge become an option? I shudder to think. Honestly rename the place Boys Island might turn into an Ass but you can do whatever you want.

Wait a second. You gotta be kidding me. No charges filed against either teacher? Who are they paying? Seems to be that charged need to be filed against both the teachers and the police. This is ludicrous.

Why? Why? Why? Why have charged not been filed yet??????????

A nation of perverts. Or at least that's what the bucho of my department once told me in a rare moment of honesty.

@paradoxbox.

Regardless if the girls were willing or not and if backed out when it became known still does not excuse the teacher. He is in a position of trust and should know what the system expects from and should be professional enough to avoid that situation.

Anyway I have you an up vote for expressing your thoughts...

If they got CAUGHT doing that, I'm sure that's not ALL they were doing.

Teachers must have a duty of care for all their students. Not just educational but moral and a respectable authority figure. These two have disgraced and abused that responsibility regardless if the students were willing participants or not. Immature students need guidance from what should be a responsible and trusted adult and not some creeps out for their own satisfaction.

I cannot see the sense of doing this as there is Really nothing to see in any sensibly dressed girl or lady The blokes are fools and very sick in the head should be locked up .

The upskirt guy - good for firing. The second guy (kissy), says he ALLEGEDLY kissed. Shouldn't paid suspension be more appropriate while investigation is done, or is "allegedly" a bad translation?
