Get out of China, let it implode

There have been reports of people in Shanghai starving during the lockdown so I wouldn't rule it out.

Get out of China, let it implode

Damn straight.

Since its CCP transparency, theres likely no chance it was the Coronavirus.

Two Japanese living in Shanghai died during the lockdown of the Chinese city that began in late March amid the COVID-19 outbreak, the Japanese government said Wednesday, but the causes are unknown.

No other info such as their age? I suspect that the two died of other reasons, not covid, maybe starvation or suicide under duress. They may not have been at-risk very old.

If they really died of direct cause of covid, the CCP authorities would never fail to publish the cases, to justify the zero-corona stupidity.

A third Japanese person died on the 23rd too.

A couple of my Chinese friends in Shanghai are on day 54 or so of lockdown. It’s like prisoners scoring on the wall each day that passes by.

Unfortunately the deficient way the CCP deals with the pandemic means the possibility that the victims died by COVID can't be eliminated even if the death certificate says otherwise.

It is also possible that they died from something that could have been treated if health services were not disrupted almost completely thanks to the zero covid policy.

Rest in Peace.

Like most people, I am shocked any Japanese people would be living in China right now. This is almost certainly not covid related - I fear their fate was at the hands of the authorities. One thing is certain : we will never know.

Probably a wake up call for every Japanese person in China (not locked down) - get out now to any other country.

中国当局からの連絡で分かったということです

so of course we are never going to get the full truth. but it wont be due to covid. not in china. /s

High age and corona, I think we can exclude that a little bit. So I would mostly agree to the theory of being unintentional and indirect murdered by the regime. By simple starvation, forgotten or denied care and delivery supply, cardiovascular related death due to being imprisoned in a small flat or apartment and too less moving and daylight, or even a deadly quarrel about the few foods and drinks officially delivered in such a big apartment or flat tower is thinkable, a dispute about something or about resisting and breaking out etc. Anyway, that’s not a nice and peaceful death under those conditions and the Chinese have to bring light into those cases and the truth onto the table.

was it two people living together? or two separate incidents?

details!!

Maybe it was due to CoronaVirus?

2 ( +10 / -8 )

This is how serious the Corona virus is.

No, this shows how serious Communism and tyrannical authoritarianism is.

The likelihood of them having died from Covid is equatable to my boss telling me he is going to double my pay. Not impossible but extremely unlikely.

Japanese die of Covid in Japan too; is this because of the way the Japanese government deals with the pandemic? How about Australians who die with Covid in Australia? Blame the Australia government?

If there are demonstrable better policies to deal with the pandemic that the government has refused to even consider that can be sadi, in the case of Shanghai this is true.

Since the causes of death are unknown, any non-medical professional can speculate as to how they died.

Anybody can speculate, the point is that lack of access to proper medical attention should not be a reason for death but unfortunately in Shanghai it is quite common because of the inefficient and unjustified way to deal with the pandemic. There is absolutely nothing wrong with saying this is possible and that it should not be.

It is quite common because you say so? Let's see verifiable data.

Widely reported by multiple sources including the own chinese government.

https://healix.com/sharing-knowledge-and-news/covid-lockdowns-shanghai/

While local authorities have increased the number of hospitals, beds and isolation facilities, existing medical institutions have suspended outpatient services and non-urgent surgeries. Reports indicate that the local healthcare system is under pressure, with overwhelmed bed capacities, long queues and waiting times, and patients being turned away. More than 26 hospitals in Shanghai were ordered to enforce the ‘Zero COVID’ policy and prioritise COVID-19 containment.

Yet, this source does not mention anything about deaths.

It does prove there access to medical services is interrupted, and that necessarily causes extra deaths, there is no health system in the world that can be interrupted without them.

The chinese government is the one originating the information, they were the ones saying hospitals must close.

This clearly supports the conclusion that deahts have been produced because of the policy in Shanghai, this cause is therefore a possibility for the deaths reported here unless you can prove nobody has ever died for lack of medical services in Shanghai during the lockdowns.

Across China, including in its capital Beijing, a large number of people have also been prohibited from leaving their home or residential district, dealing a heavy blow to business and consumer activities in the world's second-biggest economy.

A strange sentence considering the lead in for this article.

And what is a heavy blow? Because China's economy is showing positive growth. While the US for example, is not.

Otherwise, it is just another non-medical professional opinion.

Two Japanese living in Shanghai died during the lockdown of the Chinese city that began in late March amid the COVID-19 outbreak, the Japanese government said Wednesday, but the causes are unknown.

Meanwhile 10 Japanese living in Tokyo died with Covid. More fearmongering directed at China. And the likelihood of those 2 Japanese deaths in Shanghai being related to Covid is extremely low because of China's successful zero covid policy.

Unfortunately the deficient way the CCP deals with the pandemic means the possibility that the victims died by COVID can't be eliminated even if the death certificate says otherwise.

It is also possible that they died from something that could have been treated if health services were not disrupted almost completely thanks to the zero covid policy.

Since the causes of death are unknown, any non-medical professional can speculate as to how they died. For example, they could have accidentally handcuffed themselves to their kitchen sinks and starved to death.

Ok, looking for a source confirming the reason of death . . .

Widely reported by multiple sources including the own chinese government.

Yet, this source does not mention anything about deaths.

It also is not a Chinese government source.

In fact, and let me control my giggles, this source is for a company that engages in:

Delivering innovative health, travel and security related risk management solutions since 1992

And the punchline is, the company can help clients with Medical Claims Administration, Corporate Healthcare Trusts, etc . . .

Comic gold.

So, no facts mean we have to hate China.

“unknown causes” means no information.

“During COVID-19 lockdown” means 27,000,000 people were also under the same circumstances. This story is only about two people.

no information about the poor passed away people. We’re they drug addicts?, Age? Health? Mafia? Many factors.

just this short article is to promote comments like “Get out of China, let it implode

@Rodney - Stop making sense!

The causes are unknown

Amazing how a lack of information will conjure up assumptions and induce prejudice comments.
