Twenty-three people suffered food poisoning at a hotel in Kagawa Prefecture last Saturday, the Kagawa Prefectural Office said on Wednesday.
According to prefectural officials, 81 people from four tourist groups from Okayama, Kochi and within Kagawa prefectures had a buffet dinner at the Hotel St Catherine Utazu on Saturday night. They complained of feeling sick from early Sunday morning.
The prefectural office suspended the restaurant's operation for five days as of Wednesday to investigate the cause of the poisoning.

Remember, Mana was meant to be eaten the same day. You can not keep it stored for days or weeks and feed it to the people. So it is food that is not properly preserved or refrigerated.
