That must’ve been cold.

Oh my, stuck in the highest point of a rollercoaster for an hour and a half. Just imaging it makes me freeze and want to get off.

And they experienced the height in a frozen weather

Were the seat belts unable to open as well for it to take that long? Because all I saw rescuers do is go up the steps and walk down the steps with the riders.

Riding a roller coaster during a pandemic? The cheek! I'm sure they put a sign saying "please don't scream or express your joy. Wave your hands silently in the air instead."

Glad nobody was hurt though it must have been freezing for the passengers.

Good the safety tech detected the problem before there was a disaster. Would have been cold for sure. Wonder if any of those people will get on another roller coaster ever again.

You must visit Japan some day. Leave your consumer rights expectations at home, though.

Not only cold, but they likely didn't have their phones to keep them occupied. :) Seriously, though... well, more seriously, while it's good the ride stops if it detects danger, they need to do more to get the people off the ride quickly, or else close it down for good.

The Hollywood dream was a nightmare.

The coaster has a capacity of 36 and had 30 people on it meaning there wasn't any distancing, more mind boggling is how is it possible for anyone to ride a roller coaster and not expected to scream. Money trumps real covid virus measures. USJ will tell fhe public there were adequate measures in place.

All the names escape me at the moment. How may ‘theme parks’ does Osaka have ?

No pictures and not even sure of the amount of people. Try to keep this as quiet as possible.

2nd time in four months, in other words, don’t ride it again.

(it’ll be packed next weekend)

Could be worse. I went with two friends so one of us always went in the singles line. Had a junior high girl piss during the ride and it went all over me. She cried a lot so it was hard to get mad. USJ gave me some clean clothes but what I needed was a shower. Long lines, big drinks, and roller coasters don’t mix.

Osaka prefecture has least two large ones with roller coasters. Plus, a few smaller ones. The larger Kansai area has a few more.
