Seriously? Who gives a guano? The lives of the people take precedence!

First an Earthquake and now floods. The resilience of Japanese people is an example for the world.

I'd say those whose livelihoods depend on working at these facilities would give a guano.
Anyways my thoughts and prayers are with the people there. It takes some kind of person to take a tragedy and use it to showcase their anti-Japanese bias here.

The flooding damage is a bit shocking, to say the least. Kurashiki was hard hit because the Takahashi River (and the Oda River north of Kurashiki) way overflowed their banks. It could be quite a while before train service on the San'yo Main Line is restored because there have been several landslides on the route in the Okayama area.

I'm not sure about that. The number of suicides and depression cases in the years following the Fukushima disaster soared. Lots of people were moved to temporary housing where they remained in a state of helplessness, and boredom and depression set in. The region and its people are still a very long way from returning to normal. Perhaps they never will.
