Where is this rule in place? Has anybody seen it?
This rule just exists in the imagination of the people in charge of this country.
And on the other hand 99% of the vaccinated people here in japan do not have any proof that they are vaccinated.

None of the rules mentioned here have ever been fully implemented or enforced. This announcement is simply acting as an official permission to resume everything as normal. Trains and stations have been steadily getting more and more crowded. This announcement is just going to put the crowds back to pre-covid times, which means we'll be seeing another SoE in the near future.

Where’d you get that “fact”?

Where’d you get that “fact”?
Personal Experience by talking to people.
I have an official proof for my vacciantion from the City Hall because I am going to business trips.

The article is actually wrong. A copy of tho original vaccination voucher with the bar codes from your city/ward office and some ID is enough as proof of vaccination.
The other vax certificate I also have, like Monty. I just told them (Shibuya Ku) I was ‘planning’ to travel and they issued it anyway.
I have seen the 4 person rule in practice unfortunately. Some of the Hotels and also at a very famous fusion sushi restaurant.
TARA TAN KITAOKA
An unsure decision.

When you get a vaccine you are provided with the vaccine serial number, date of the injection, and the vaccine manufacturer information.

Jgovt smart they know what would happen if they put in crazy restrictions. Like vaccine passport just to eat some food etc... that was a silly idea they brought to the table. Good riddance.

Pff. not desparate enough to eat at your resturant until you start cooking food with real food and health oils rather than, the inflamatory oils they use. Cooking your own food with real good oil makes the diff of logetivity while resturants will buy the dirties and cheapest ingrdient that cause health issues to server you a expensive plate to a quicken heart attack. No thanks.

Ease restrictions?
Has the right to personal medical privacy and personal freedom been removed from the Constitution?
I don't see this as anything but the same tyranny that is already worldwide.

Terrible misinformation as usual from Kyodo, is it robots that write articles for Kyodo or what ?
Has there ever been any ban on crossing prefectural borders and how has it been enforced ?

I’ve heard this a lot but the data shows that suicide rates actually fell over the past 18 months. Isn’t claiming otherwise doing that ‘fitting a narrative’ thing I also hear so much about?

Oxycodin: You sound like a sociable chap. Eat out with your friends a lot?

So let's get this straight ...
Simply being healthy is not enough.
And there is no talk of 'proof of immunity' certificates.
In the eyes of the corporate nation state, infection, recovery, and natural immunity is not acceptable as either 'scientific' or in the interest of profit-driven public health.
A never ending regime of more than questionable boosters, like the rentier model of software, is the lowest hanging fruit for stockholders of the corporate nation-state.
We are all sick, until proven healthy.
Guilty, until proven innocent.
The end game ... no informed consent over autonomy of our body or soul.
Only total compliance to the corrupt managers of the corporate nation state.
Bob Fosse
“So let’s get this straight” followed by a nicely written, quite poetic diatribe. But not really getting anything straight, is it? If anything it’s muddying the issue.

“Only total compliance to the corrupt managers of the corporate nation state”
Yep pretty much
