The numbers really dont matter anymore, seeing as how, just like at the beginning of the pandemic, testing numbers reported are not reliable as a source of judging accurately, how many people have not been tested as "free" testing, leastwise down here, has come to an almost complete halt. Folks are not going to pay for it, and just self medicate.
Don't test, it doesnt exist.

Gyms in Tokyo finally making masking optional. Anytime Fitness from March 1st. And everywhere else from March 13th. Way overdue but with that out of the way, pretty much no concerns from my end going forward.

I was called to mask up at my Renaissance Sports Club today. Was just testing how long I could "free face".
Sigh. WHEN will RSC go "masks optional"? I have NEVER seen the faces of the current staff, by the way.
At the same time, please ditch these acres of magic plastic "shielding".
So tired of this useless cosplay.
It's over, folks.

It does make the cardio less excruciating, that is for sure.

I have to say, I was willing to do the masks when necessary because for a while, that was all we had (even though it makes cardio miserable), but the plastic shielding.... That really should go.

Just wait until the Chinese tourists get in for those numbers to skyrocket.
