The figures are not really fake, though the clinics enter they stats into a database, which eventually ends up as the figures we see in the news papers. There are many steps on the way. Not all figures are entered by the clinics in the first place. The database itself were down due to "maintenance" in late spring 2020, which accounted the huge drop in numbers back then. The figures are true, but some of them get "lost" on the way. On the other hand, it has been 3 years, so what are the options?

Down, down and down. Yeah right.
The government is making that all up for reason that I'm not going to tell you. And don't get me started on measures that are proven to prevent Corona infections.
It's all in my little red book.
