Japan on Tuesday reported 65,280 new coronavirus cases, up 42,939 from Monday. Tokyo reported 6,520 new cases, up 4,501 from Monday.
The number of infected people hospitalized with severe symptoms in Tokyo is 18, unchanged from Monday, health officials said. The nationwide number is 136, up seven from Monday.
The number of coronavirus-related deaths reported nationwide was 52.

Seriously? Still counting and making this a news? Rugby match between Japan and NZ attracted 65,000+ crowd with lots of shouting. Basketball matches in BLeague are also jampacked with lots of shouting! Japan series just finished with lots of shoutings too!
