Hopefully these low numbers will encourage more people to stop wearing masks, especially the disposable ones. The environmental damage they cause is appalling and very distressing
I wonder when the government is going to tell shops/restaurants to get rid of those horrible plastic partitions, temperature checks and hand sanitisers? De-masking is one thing, but those things also need to go ASAP. Waste of time/money. No evidence at all that they ever stopped anything.

The masks were more or less useless against Omicron. The damage caused by the masks is far rom negligible as the evidence clearly shows. Comparisons with other pollution causes is irrelevant and demonstrates your lack of understand nd inability to refute the evidence,

The environmental impact of masks is negligible compared to such modern luxuries enjoyed by most, such as eating meat and traveling on vacation by plane, train and automobile.
Especially if we consider that masks are life savers quite literally.
