Japan reports 8,286 new coronavirus cases

Japan on Saturday reported 8,286 new coronavirus cases, down 353 from Friday. Tokyo reported 863 new cases, down 30 from Friday.

The number of infected people hospitalized with severe symptoms nationwide was 65, down three from Friday, health officials said.

The number of coronavirus-related deaths reported nationwide was 44.

Very boring, at least there’s something to talk about when it’s falling quickly or spiking sharply. Maybe 5000-10,000 is our future endemic mid-wave level.
