Awesome photography. Good to have the USA on our side.

Is the US going up to North Korea to try some intimidation?
Why?
The North Koreans have not forgotten that the US carpet bombed Pyongyang?
Maybe the US has though......?

Don't forget the Ronald Reagan is at Yokosuka too! Quite a formidable force.

Not sure how this is news. Or how it was cancelled previously for that matter.

It should be clear now, that Trump intends to finish what was started decades ago. And good on him. (perhaps).
The Korean War needs to be finished, and now, for the benefit of the whole of Asia. These N.Koreas have even threatened Australia... ok, so enough is enough.
China, did their bit, N.K. showed them the finger - so now is the time to act, without anyone loosing face.
What really matters, however, is what happens after NK is dealt with.
Personally, I think the US should draw back. They have indicated a start towards that fact with the mention of relocating staff to Guam from Okinawa, which is good, though what of those newly relocated "Defensive/Contraversal" missles in SK (based upon a Golf course...) I could be sacarstic and say it'll become owned by Mr Trump himself soon... but who knows.
China needs to build up its own relations within the region, strengthen ties and play a greater part within the International diplomacy expected of more Mature nations.
Japan, hopefully, will find its place - if it decides to mature too.

Now French Navy with their Mistral carrier reached Nagasaki, Japan for a joint US-Japan-UK-France military exercise in Asian water.

"NK should be neutralized before it gets nuclear capacity."
This seems to be the line that's drawn now. It is a sound theory from one point of view, as the alternative seems very dangerous and asking for war.
But is taking the offensive initiative a wise choice?
These are pretty hard questions to answer, as everyone will pay a price, and the price everyone pays will be different.
To us here it may mean reading about stressful things in the news. To a marine he may have to enter combat, and a Korean person may be at risk of being killed.

The Koreans already have a nuclear bomb capacity, its the
ICBM potential capacity that
is the worry....
