Yup, I'm in Kansai too, it just rained here, no wind, no flooding in my neck of the woods.

kansai here. just a little rain and two main roads to shiga from kyoto temporally closed. it is strange that one of the roads was flooded after cutting all the trees on the mountainside. kyoto was funny. i use a raincoat, but most of the local people and tourists use umbrellas. i wonder what they do with all the broken umbrellas?

Glad it missed Tokyo.
