Why would anyone need to? It's in the article and we are all talking about the same, single typhoon.
What's your point? You've been bleating about names & numbers for days, so tell us, what is your point?

No-one, with the exception of poster 'wanderlust' cut-and-paste-job, has used the name of the typhoon. Why not? Does the name not roll naturally off your tongue? After all, the name of a typhoon named after a tree in Cambodia should instantly come to mind, should it not?
