This is sort of an aside, but why is a telephone booth filled with goldfish considered art? Isn't it just a big fish tank?

Just add some function to it such as whenever someone makes a call aquarium glows/shakes, disperse oxygen etc. That's how copyright works in todays world. Look at apple inc.
